Enrolling Students

New Student Registration

All new student registration is now completed through Teacherease.

To begin the registration process, please click the link below to complete the New Student Registration Request Form.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the school will contact you to schedule a time to come to the school and complete the online registration process.

Please note: All required documents must be submitted before student records can be requested or the student can be officially enrolled.

To enroll in Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten we must have a CERTIFIED copy of the child's birth certificate.

If a student is transferring in from an Illinois school district after the start of a new year, we must have an Illinois Transfer Form from the district they are coming from.

Health requirements are as follows:

  •     Physical - Pre-K, Kindergarten, Sixth
  •     Dental - Kindergarten, Second and Sixth
  •     Vision - Kindergarten
  •     TDAP/Meningococcal Immunization - Sixth Grade

*All Pre-K and Kindergarten children must have their immunizations up-to-date.
